• Third-party actions or attorney performance
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

When we connect you with attorneys:

• We do not guarantee attorney performance or outcomes
• Attorney-client relationships are between you and the attorney directly
• We are not responsible for attorney fees, conduct, or legal advice
• You must evaluate attorney qualifications independently
• We may receive referral fees from attorneys (disclosed when applicable)

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy
• You are responsible for all taxes related to services
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

• All website content, AI tools, and materials are our property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• You retain ownership of information you provide to us
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

• We protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy
• We do not guarantee attorney-client privilege through our platform
• Confidential information should be shared directly with your attorney
• We may be required to disclose information by law

• Services are provided "as available" without uptime guarantees
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
• We are not liable for service unavailability or interruptions

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Use services for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in abusive or disruptive behavior

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas
• Texas law governs these terms and any disputes
• Class action lawsuits are waived
• Arbitration must be initiated within one year of the dispute

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABM Legal Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services or AI tools
• Your violation of these terms
• Your interactions with referred attorneys
• Any legal actions or decisions you make

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
